Stainless Steel Sink Limited Lifetime Warranty

BOSCO® Canada Inc. (BOSCO) offers a limited lifetime warranty on all BOSCO stainless steel sinks which are utilized in normal domestic installations. BOSCO warrants that its stainless steel sinks will be free from any manufacturing defects in workmanship or material aspects.

Any stainless steel sink sold by BOSCO which is proven to be defective under normal use will be repaired or replaced at no charge excluding labour provided the stainless steel sink was installed according to BOSCO installation procedures, was not damaged due to abuse, misuse or negligence and was used and cleaned as recommended. An equivalent replacement stainless steel sink will be provided to the original purchaser. Stains, scratches and chips are not deemed to be defects in manufacturing. Also, BOSCO is not liable for stains, scratches and chips that happen under normal use over a period of time. In order to maintain your stainless steel sink in its original appearance, refer to the cleaning instructions. All documentation, parts and accessories must be returned with any defective stainless steel sink and be in the original packaging. BOSCO reserves the right to inspect any stainless steel sink that has been found to be defective prior to a replacement stainless steel sink being issued.

Composite Granite Sink Limited Lifetime Warranty

BOSCO CANADA INC. (BOSCO) is pleased to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all BOSCO Composite Granite Sinks used in normal domestic installations. BOSCO warrants its sinks to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship or material aspects.

Any Composite Granite Sink sold by BOSCO which is proven to be defective under normal use will be repaired or replaced at no charge (excluding labour and transportation costs) provided the sink was installed according to BOSCO installation procedures, was not damaged due to abuse, misuse or negligence and was used, cleaned and maintained as recommended by BOSCO. If deemed necessary, an equivalent replacement will be issued to the original purchaser.

BOSCO will not be held liable under this warranty for misuse, abuse, accidental damage, chips, scuffs, scratches, stains that can occur under normal use over a period of time, improper installation, abnormal usage, negligence or damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning. In order to maintain the original appearance of the Granite Composite sink refer to BOSCO’s cleaning instructions.

BOSCO shall not be held liable under this warranty where the sink has been used in a non-domestic application, improperly installed, or damaged from the impact caused by a heavy object being dropped on the sink or from improper handling. BOSCO shall not be liable for any inconvenience or expense for material or labour related to the removal or replacement of a defective sink or for any loss or damage to any person or property whatsoever resulting from the defective sink. All transportation costs to and from the point of purchase will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

The installation of our sink assumes that the customer has reviewed the condition of the sink for manufacturing related defects and accepts the sink as being free of any manufacturing related defects and accepts all responsibilities for the sink thereafter unless a manufacturing related defect arises in the future.

Any sink returned must be in the original packaging and include all the accompanying accessories, parts and documentation. BOSCO reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. The original dated sales receipt must be retained by the customer and is the only acceptable proof of purchase.

Exclusions Under Our Warranties

Waste fittings, waste chutes, strainers etc. and any accessories that accompany the stainless steel sink are excluded from this warranty. All stainless steel sink accessories and faucets are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for one year.

This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product at the location of purchase. BOSCO is not liable or responsible for special, indirect or consequential damages occurring or in connection with the performance or use of its products under this warranty.

Original Customer’s Obligation

The only acceptable proof of purchase is the original dated sales receipt which must be retained by the customer. BOSCO does not make any additional warranties, implied or expressed and any implied warranty including that of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability is limited to the duration of the limited warranties written herein.

No person, agent or employee is authorized to give any warranty on behalf of BOSCO for a BOSCO product that is different or in addition to the warranty stated herein unless the warranty has been previously approved by an authorized representative of BOSCO. You have specific legal rights under this warranty and you may have additional rights depending on your province of residence.
